You'll be responsible for producing a consistent and exceptional standard of coffee for our customers across Victoria. We're looking for a special someone that's keen to put down roots and build a career in our roasting team. You'll need to have a love of coffee (obvs), strong attention to detail and ideally, previous coffee roasting experience. If you think you tick all of the boxes, then we'd love to hear from you.
