Valentine’s Day tête-à-tête

A case of opposites attract, the white cake is lychee and Moscato with “Innocent Bystander” jelly, yoghurt mousse, salted sable Breton, topped with vanilla white chocolate mousse.
The red cake is rose water Chantilly with raspberry creamy, red velvet sponge, cream-cheese mousse and chocolate streusel. Pre-order or leave it to fate.
