Students will learn how to sing together in a choir, work on harmonies, have fun and put on a performance at the end. No singing experience required.

✨Band Workshop✨
3:45-4:30

Learn how to play together as a band, on your instrument or a new instrument and put on an awesome performance at the end. No musical experience required!

Introducing this weeks 'HBMA HERO🦸' ... XAVIER! ✨

Xav is a wonderful Guitar student here at HBMA and has been working on the song 'sunshine of your love'

He has been focusing on how to switch between different sections of the song smoothly, and learning different finger positions to do so.

! also amazed the audience at our GALA in may, performing with a live band!

Way to go Xav! 💪

Why do we emphasise performing as an important part of each musical learning journey! 🌈

🙌 Sharing music with an audience allows students to build up up their self confidence and believe in themselves.

🎤 We provide opportunities, each school term. This allows students to measure their progress and continually work on new goals.

✨ Getting up on stage can be a nervous task for some, however accomplishing this goal adds to a students sense of achievement and resilience.

😌 While performing highly recommended, we place absolutely no pressure on students perform, and provide other means for them to express their works such as recording or even music video creation! 🎥
