Mental health has been thrust into the spotlight now, more than ever with what is happening all around us.
Loss of life, loss of livelihoods and loss of optimism. People are really struggling to cope.
The ‘strong’ ones. The ones who you would never have ‘picked’.
The ‘silent ones’.
Being a small fish in a huge pond, we want to try and help.
