Production process of soybean wax

1. Extraction of soybean oil
The production of soybean wax starts with the extraction of soybean oil. Soybean oil can be extracted by pressing or solvent extraction. 2. Purification

3. Hydrogenation reaction

The conditions of the hydrogenation reaction include pressure, temperature, catalyst, etc., which need to be adjusted according to the specific situation.

4. Filtration
The soybean oil after the hydrogenation reaction needs to be filtered to remove the catalyst residues and impurities. The main filtering methods include pressure filtration and vacuum filtration. When filtering, it is necessary to pay attention to maintaining the filtration rate and the uniformity of the filter cake to avoid problems such as blockage and leakage during the filtration process.
