Gently easing the listener into a state of tranquillity - guided by A***n Lane's soothing voice and the textural sonic template of Joshua McBeath's guitar work.

FRIDAY: A STATIONARY FRAME
A Stationary Frame is a band formed in 2022 by five chicken schnitzel enjoyers from Naarm (Melbourne) who also just happened to be musicians. Inspired by artists such as King Crimson, Jeff Buckley and Opeth, A Stationary Frame sounds nothing like any of them but their own unique blend of progressive rock, alternative and little tomfooleries within the freedom of the band's sound. With the additional influences of film, manga and video games in their songwriting, the songs of A Stationary Frame are the results of a crazy chemist cooking the best meal you’ve ever tasted in their underground laboratory and leaving you wanting for more.
Alas after leaving their impression in venues all across Naarm, A Stationary Frame will finally release their long-anticipated single “Whiffs”. The launch will be celebrated with Just Magpies and Filthy McNasty at the Last Chance Rock & Roll Bar. Come along for a night of fun fueled by pure raw punk rock!

SATURDAY: USELESS SPACEMAN + THE HOLY TRINITY + ABSELOM
Wait, what? You've never gone to the Queen Vic Market on a Saturday and found some weird mouldy Scandinavian cheese that you'd never heard of before but bought anyway because it actually looked kinda bussin' except then you accidentally left it on the bar at the Last Chance because you ended up hanging out all afternoon watching some sick as bands and didn't even realise it until you were hanging out with your friends smoking a dart out on the front porch at 4 am after your early evening accidentally turned into an all-night bender? Uhhh...yeah, neither have we...
Surprise! It's a Saturday afternoon rock show with Useless Spaceman, featuring Holy Trinity and Abselom. Free entry for patrons arriving with rare cheeses to share with the bands and bar staff. Free entry for everyone else, too. But especially for the cheese people.

It’s $12 Steak Night!
You’re excuse to come to the pub on a Wednesday.
Tonight we’re serving up my personal favourite steak…
The 300 Gram Sous Vide in an Esky Scotch Fillet with Garlic Cream Sauce!!!
F**k I love that Garlic Cream Sauce.
I love it on my steak, dipping me chips in it, smearing it in me beard to save for later.
F**k… it even makes the salad taste good.
We could bottle that s**t and it would make the world a better place therefore making John Lennons iconic display of songwriting and thought ‘Imagine’ completely redundant in sentiment.
It’s that good.
It has my personal endorsement and seal of approval even though that means f**k all.
Plus you can wash that goodness down with an $8 Pint of Rock & Roll Draught or Fizzer.
How’s the value on that?
Plus FREE ENTRY to Mid Week Crisis with Who Bastard & Encierro.
$12 Steak Night… what can’t it do?
TOMORROW: MID WEEK CRISIS featuring WHO BASTARD + ENCIERRO

I was in 2 minds about how to advertise tonight’s $10 Tuesday Night Family Dinner because we add the perfect amount of thyme into our Roast Chicken Gravy that we’re putting on the schnitzels tonight.
Dirty Dancing “Thyme of Your Life”?
Or Green Day “Thyme of Your Life”?
It’s a tough choice, I know, but ultimately I went with a combination…
Here’s a picture of the Dirty Dancing version.
And here’s “Good Dinnerance (Thyme of Your Life)” in the stylings of Green Day!
“F**k (remember how they did that)
Another Tuesday Night, a fork stuck in the schnitzel
Ten Dollar pints and dinner, directs you where to go
So, make the best of this price, and don't ask why
It's not a question, but a delicious supper time
It's something unpredictable
But in the end, it's Gravy
I hope you had the thyme of your life
We take a chicken stock and combine it with a roux
Add our secret ingredient and then we mix it through
Tattoos on Vegans, Vegetarians and dead chickens too
For what it's worth (at least 30 Bucks), ten dollars will make you smile
It's something unpredictable
But in the end, it's gravy
I hope you had the thyme of your life
(Slow that tempo down a touch)
It's something unpredictable
But in the end, it's gravy
I hope you had the thyme of your life
(Slow that tempo a lot f**king more)
It's something unpredictable
But in the end, it's gravy
It only costs Ten Bucks on Tuesday Nights…”
Okey dokey artichokey!
It’s thyme to reveal this week $10 Tuesday Night Family Dinner…
But don’t stress!
There isn’t an artichoke in sight.
It’s the Return of the Roast Chicken Gravy Schnitzel.
We make the thickest, tastiest, most criminally seasoned roast chicken stock, add it to a roux, stir in a little bit of our secret ingredient and slather it all over one of our giant hand breaded Chicken Schnitzels and then serve it up with a side of deep fried potato & pickled purple coleslaw that’ll rock your socks off.
Imagine the type of gravy someone would say their grandmother used to make and you won’t even be close to how good this gravy is.
In other words your grandmothers gravy sucks and this is the top notch f**king go to tasty stuff.
As per usual it’ll be available Vegan, Vegetarian or Meat.
And of course it’s only $10.
Come down… we’re serving from 5pm until we sell out.
F**k yeah to Tuesday.
