Eve France Founder of Green Office Co. – provides consulting, strategy, and implementation of green workplace solutions.

Thank you for coming into the office and teaching the team how to reduce our day-to-day footprint.

Throwback to last Friday's incredible day at the 6 Degrees LTD Future of Tech, Innovation and work event.

What a day! We were eager to learn from the most successful AI and automation legends and they did not disappoint.

Thanks to the panel for their critical insights into this emerging technological phenomenon.

Creating successful teams should begin with the assumption that you are not always right.

If you recognise this fallibility and have people around you who are willing to compliment your weaknesses, while you compliment theirs, you end up with a team that successfully supports each other to achieve significant outcomes.

Our Innovation Team had their first tour around the new office this week, it's always fantastic to have the wider team come to visit.

Not only that, we finally received our fresh Appscore merch. 🔥

On Wednesday, we held our first hackathon to get our engineering team integrated into the Eratos way of life.

Did you know:

☁️ Eratos is the only company in the world that has access to climate data and models from hundreds of sources all in one spot.

🌏 These data and climate models can be used to predict what is going to happen over the 10,20 and 30 years and every single region across Australia and soon other parts of the world.

For Example:

If you're a vineyard owner, the model could tell you what kind of frost-resistant grapes to plant now as your area will have x number of frost days every year.

Or,

If you're a bank, it can tell you how many mortgaged homes are likely to be flooded in a certain area every year so you can calculate your risk and exposure and so on...

Everyone in the meeting gets the chance to speak and talk about any issues they’re currently facing. 📣

Everyone is asked, 'Is there anything anyone can help them with?', this ensures that everyone has the necessary support to complete any task. 🫂

One person is put in charge of keeping the meeting on track. This person acts as a 'timekeeper', ensuring the meeting moved forward and avoided "deep dives" into topics that aren't urgent. ⌛️

Yesterday was World Laughter Day, a day to celebrate the importance of laughter for our mental health. At the Appscore office, there is never a shortage of laughs! 😁😁
