A few weeks ago, we spent the day at Starward Distillery to taste some whiskeys, learn the nuances of their craft, and see firsthand how they create their distinctly Australian drams. That’s when the idea for our first whiskey event—Starlit Drams: A Tale of Two Hemispheres—was born.

With —one of the world’s most celebrated distilleries—right on our doorstep, bringing them on board was a no-brainer.

Tickets are $99 and include:
— 4 Starward drams
— 4 specially selected Irish whiskeys
— Bespoke canapés, perfectly paired with each pour
— Cocktail on arrival and cocktail to finish

Thursday 31st October | 6:30pm

It’s set to be a night of discovery, where whiskey flows, stories are shared, and good company is guaranteed. Grab a seat, raise a glass, and let’s toast to the ties that bind us—across hemispheres, over a great dram.

When dinner’s done, it’s time for the good stuff—Irish Coffee with Jameson, brown sugar and fresh brewed coffee, topped with a silky layer of Muldoon-infused cream.

Spring’s decided to show up early this year, and we’re ready for it at The Fifth. With warmer weather on the horizon, we’ve got Budvar tapped and pouring fresh from our new side-pull faucet, that we've imported straight from the Czech Republic.

This isn’t your average pour — the side-pull gives us greater control over the flow, creating a creamier, smoother foam head. But it’s not just about looks — that thick, velvety foam locks in every bit of aroma and flavor, giving you a more robust and refreshing sip every time.
