It's Mid-Autumn Festival time with Mooncake Day being celebrated on September 17 this year.

The Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Moon Festival or Mooncake Festival, is a harvest festival celebrated in Chinese culture. It is held on the 15th day of the 8th month of the Chinese lunisolar calendar with a full moon at night, corresponding to mid-September to early October of the Gregorian calendar.

The boys have been working hard to dress up the Centre for this years SNOWFEST and introducing 'Frosty the Snowman' towering high over Rainbow Cafe and welcoming all to this years event!

The BreastScreen Victoria program offers free breast screens (mammograms) for women aged 50 to 74 without breast symptoms. Breast screens are quick, only taking about 10 minutes and are performed by a woman radiographer.

Breast screening is the best way to detect cancer early, when it is too small to see or feel, increasing the chances of successful treatment.
Come and book your free breast screen and talk to the team on Thursday, 3 August 2023 near Rainbow Coffee on Level 1 of the Springvale Shopping Centre.

NEW TOILETS FINALLY OPENED!

Today Thursday February 9, 2023 the Hon. Mayor Cr Eden Foster and Cr Richard Lim with David Khong, Owners Corporation Chairperson of Springvale Shopping Centre officially opened our new state-of-the-art public and staff toilet facilities featuring touch free operation, DYSON wash blade technology, a fresh, open new feel and a new level of opulence for Springvale.

It has been nearly 4 years of planning and delays with COVID to get to this momentous day. We look forward to some good reports from customers and staff alike as they take advantage of these new facilities.
