The Colombia Las Flores Chiroso Hydrohoney consists of a Chiroso varietal which undergoes a uniquely named ‘Hydrohoney-Duo Cherry Velvet’ process.

It merges semi-processed and fresh cherries, finishing them together for a controlled, intentional blend. While blends at origin aren’t unusual, this method adds a new level of depth and intensity.

The Colombia Alexander Vargas Pink Bourbon.

Alexander built Finca La Piragua from the ground up, producing specialty coffee. Every piece is the result of his and his family's hard work. Now, he runs 10 hectares, with 7 in coffee production and the rest in dragonfruit.

Alexander and his wife Lidia work together as he handles the harvest, while they both manage fermentation and drying.

In this single origin, enjoy flavours of cooked apple, citrus, brown sugar and spice.
