šSharing wins, loses, achievements, failures, dreams, goals and throw backs help them to be a part of your business journey and to show them that you are relatable and a human!
šAs well as building community online, it is SO important to look back and see how far you have come.
šBeing a small business owner is a sometimes lonely road so you need to be your own biggest cheerleader.

šIt has been such a wild ride these past 6 years with lockdowns and constant pivoting but Iām so grateful and happy that I stuck it out.

Manychat is an AI automation bot that DRAMATICALLY increases your ROI when you are sharing links on Instagram.
š¤ManyChat allows you to automate communication through Facebook Messenger and Instagram, making it easier to engage with your audience.
š¤You can set up ManyChat trigger words that when people comment, a link (to appointment booking, workshop or new product) is sent directly to their DMās.
š¤Why is this important? When you send people to the link in your bio, it takes you OFF Instagram but by opening a chat in your DMās it keeps people ON your Instagram.
š¤The engagement from people commenting and then talking to you in the DMās will boost your content and ensure itās seen by more people!
š¤You can also automate trigger words for Stories.
š¤ManyChat can also automate FAQās. By setting up FAQ through ManyChat, anytime someone DMās you, the bot will scan the question and give them some suggested answers from the pre programmed information you have plugged in.
š¤If you are ready to take your marketing to the next level, set aside an hour or 2 to set up ManyChat. Once itās set you can apply it to all your posts.
š¤For example, comment EMAIL and I (the bots) will send you a link to my mailing list. Iāve applied this to EVERY post so I only had to set up 1 automation.

1. An image of her or her clinic to help connect with people.
2. A Canva stock image in her beige brand colours with a pop of green. This is used as a prompt to discuss the subject, for example this coffee post could be about how Chinese Medicine sees coffee.
3. Farm time with Nicole is an image that helps people connect with her by getting to know whatās important to her. This could be a carousel of what she is up to around the farm and how that relates to general health.
4. A fact about stress. She wants to niche down and help people with their stress so this post is all about stress.
š„Finally, we put it all together in a pattern that is easy to follow so she has a succinct plan to follow, making it easier to be consistent.
š„This was the so helpful for me when I started using Instagram for my business. I wasnāt sure how the app worked and lacked confidence in how to come up with ideas.
š„Having a grid design is a great jumping off point to help you BE consistent whilst you find your feet! Then you can add in different templates and Reels ONCE you know your brand and are feeling confident!

š¬Are you posting Cringe Content? What if I told you that being embarrassed posting online as a health professional might be the key to your success?
š¬I get it. When I started posting, I used to cringe at the thought of other people judging me and my content BUT the more I did it the less I cared and that is the beauty of being cringe!
š¬When you share cringey and not so polished content, you are opening yourself up to creating real connection with your followers which leads to people investing in your business. Why? We are all human and humans are awkward! So hereās why you should embrace the cringe;
1ļøā£Keeps you relatable. Being a little awkward or weird makes you human which helps patients and followers connect with you on a personal level. People trust someone they can relate to not a perfect robot practitioner.
2ļøā£Makes your memorable. Cringey or funny posts stand out in peopleās feeds. These moments help keep you top of mind and make people want to engage with your content more regularly. They want to connect to the person and follow your journey!
3ļøā£It builds community. When you show your followers that itās okay to not always have it all together and it is ok to be vulnerable and try new things it encourages them to open up too. This creates a safe community of people who trust you.
š¬Being judged is a common fear for health professionals marketing themselves online but if you can overcome that and really embrace your awkward weirdness, not only will you become more comfortable in your skin you will watch your business BOOM!

ā¤ļøConnecting with the ones who WaNT to support you is, building trust and educating the people who are ready to share your work is the way to build a community online.
ā¤ļøYou donāt always need a million followers to grow and be booked out as a health practitioner, you need 100 invested people who LOVE your work and want to share their positive experience.
