Totally feel Miguel on this one. His version of this cocktail sounded so good and gave me the idea to re shake it. For my flavours I went all in smoke 🌬️. Pineapple Peaty Rum, Pineapple smoked Tequila, and a spritz of Mezcal to the finished drink. The vibes were all in with the sweet, sour and smokey pineapples.

Recipe:
30ml Smoked Pineapple Tequila
30ml Pineapple Peaty Rum
22.5ml Lime juice
22.5ml Demerara syrup
22.5ml Pineapple juice
Atomised Mezcal

Method: Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain over crushed ice and garnish with a dehydrated lime & pineapple and a spritz of Mezcal over top.
