Belvedere Park Tennis Club has provided many opportunities for it's community to enjoy tennis. A big part of the Belvedere Park community and tennis on the Peninsula is Fiona Wilson. A volunteer who gives so much and does it for the love of the game.

The winner of the Most Outstanding Club or Centre goes to the Warrnambool Lawn Tennis Club Inc 👏

With 34 courts in Victoria’s Southwest, the Warrnambool LTC has undergone a period of innovation; transforming the club’s management model, developing the facilities and planning for the future.

Each summer, you can find or play in the Grass Court Classic, Seaside Tennis Carnival and the famous Warrnambool Lawn Open which sells out in two hours.

A spectacle on the Victorian tennis map 🤩

Congratulations to our two recipients of our Volunteer Achievement awards: Craig Douglas and Louise Thornton.

Craig has been president of Scoresby Tennis Centre Inc for over eight years and has shown unwavering commitment and leadership which has resulted in both financial and membership growth. He has been instrumental in facility upgrades as well as fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for tennis enthusiasts of all ages.

Louise has been involved at the Yackandandah Tennis Club for eight years and on the committee since 2017. Louise has grown the junior and female participation through the delivery of multiple tennis programs and was involved in the funding process for resurfacing and lighting upgrades.

Thank you Craig and Louise for your outstanding efforts 🌟

Give it up for BTS Tennis Academy for winning the Coaching Excellence - Club or Centre award 🏆

Standing for ‘Behind the Scenes’, the BTS Coaching Academy commenced in 2022 and has grown from zero participants to over 125 players. Offering a variety of tennis programs at the Fawkner Tennis Club which has seen a 265% increase in membership since BTS commenced.
