We're running a kid's art competition for the Coburg Harriers and Coburg Little Athletics Centre. We want artwork about "Jumping" from kids from aged 5 - 12; the top 13 will go into a calendar we are making for next year, with one chosen as the cover page. There will be prizes involved, too!

Cold, wet but fast conditions for our hardy harriers this morning at Albert Park for the Athletics Victoria 10 km Road Race

Well done to all the Coburg Harriers runners in todays Cross Country relays at Jells Park. This was Round 1 of the 2023 XCR (winter) season - message us directly if you want to get involved, all abilities welcome.
Special mention to our Division 2 women’s team, who acquitted themselves brilliantly after earning promotion last season.

Off-season conditioning work for the JDS

Last few sessions for the 22-23 season with the Junior Development Squad. Peak work: dribbles, drills and the newly minted "Hop-Hop-Bang" plyos- switching skill development with wickets .. and for the main course:
4x fly 60s
1-2 x 250 (150 jog recovery)
Sessions Mondays and Thursday 6-7pm at the track. Self-administered off season training will be from 31st March to the first monday of Vic school term 3... July 10th. All enquiries to coach David - [email protected]
