The 'Lodz Ghetto Memorial' in Springvale, Victoria, Australia features 6 corten steel columns symbolizing the 6,000,000 Jews murdered during the Shoah. A bronze map of the City of Lodz, with the ghetto outlined in stainless steel, complements the structure. A bar spans the columns, reminiscent of the bridge crossing Zgierska Street that connected different parts of the ghetto where 204,000 people were crammed into a small area.

'Ascend' features a staircase with steps that increase in size exponentially, following the Fibonacci number series.

To create this piece, workers formed a human chain, passing rocks up an extremely steep rock slope to reach the site.

Constructed from granite, 'Ascend' measures 6.5 meters in length and 6.5 meters in height.

“Rhythms of Life”, “The Eagle” and “Rune” straddle Eyjafjordur and the slopes of Mt Vadlaheidi. The construction of these works was carried out in temperatures ranging from -1 to 10ºC. ❄️
