Position: Chef

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role and a passion for creating classic dishes.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including chicken parmigiana, spaghetti Bolognese, barramundi fish plates, and steaks.
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:

Minimum of one year of experience as a chef in a cafe or restaurant setting.
Proficiency in preparing classic dishes such as chicken parmigiana, spaghetti Bolognese, barramundi fish plates, and steaks.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for cooking and creating high-quality dishes.
