25 years ago, I got retrenched for the 3rd time in 4 years from my previous corporate roles.

I had done a sports massage course as an interest, so I decided to try my hand 🖐🏾 (pardon the pun) at massage. I did the rest of my studies over the next 3 years to obtain my full qualifications with a Diploma of Remedial Massage.

I started at Rebound Gym in 1997, then 4 years later in 2001 at Casey arc. For the next 19 years I met a lot of great people, who have not only been great clients but also great friends.

Like many of us, covid in 2020 meant change. Again, I have received great support from many of you. The decision to set up at home has been a good one.

There have been many ups & downs, and very difficult at times.

I can’t thank you all enough for your amazing support.

I know my massages hurt, but I know they do you all good 😂

Any chance I get to massage Leanne Sklavenitis is an absolute privilege. Leanne is the most inspirational and courageous person I’ve known. She continues to fight against this dreadful MND disease

There are so many events that my clients do. This weekend, there a lot of clients doing various distances at the Great Ocean Road Marathon Festival.

I have given up trying to re-schedule appointments.

When this looks like ending, I will be in contact.

Congratulations to Annie Darcy, Emmeline deBruyn and their team on completing the 4-day Larapinta Stage Race. This consisted of 4 races of 20k, 42k, 33k & 32k in rugged terrain. They have now achieved the triple crown by previously completing Maragret River & Surfcoast century.

What a proud moment to see Delanie Lewis showing off her well deserved medal for her debut marathon in the Alpine Classic. Huge congratulations again 👏🏽👏🏽
