Solution: We structured a single mortgage solution stretched to 73% LVR. ACMF ranked last in the debt structure. The project successfully commenced and our client was happy knowing the funds were paid promptly to the builder and settled fast.
Result: The project started with basement completed earlier than expected, sales accelerated at full asking price.
