You will start your 2 hr journey with an ancient minerals magnesium footspa with peppermint essential oil and relaxing herbs, whilst sinking in to the cloud of pillows surrounding you. As you enjoy the sensation of stress leaving your body we will begin the cacao ceremony. A 10 min guided meditation will play while you savour a cup of nectar from the gods. Imbibing the heart opening and happiness inducing healing properties of mumma cacao. Or you can choose a healing organic herbal tea.
Next it will be time to choose a Chakra card. You will intuitively feel for a card, crystal and essential oil associated with it and then lay on the table to surrender to a 12 min reiki chakra balancing session. When complete the sensory massage begins with a dry body scrub, warm oils and deep strokes melting away the stress of the whole body and feet. Incorporating an anti ageing deluxe Egyptian facial massage with a rose quarts roller and cleanse with a deep head massage and Hot Argan Oil Hair treatment if you choose. On the back hot stones will be used and finishing off with hot towels and a mini sound healing bath. Once you are dressed back on the couch for a 10 min rejuvenating Led and infrared light therapy on the face to promote collagen and signs of ageing also stimulating and increasing the production of melatonin for stress relief and deep sleep. You will leave feeling like you have been on a week long health retreat π₯°
