Taylah has been with us for just over a year and has made such a difference to our practice. She has brought such a high level of skill as well as dedication to her job and thrives in our theatre room. Deborah’s journey with us has definitely been a rewarding one. Many years ago her front tooth was knocked out in an accident and she has been wearing a partial denture ever since. Deborah also has had two sets of dentures as she found them uncomfortable. Deborah wanted the All-On-4 to replace the ill fitting denture in order to be able to smile more and feel comfortable. Her lovely mum gifted her with some extra help to make it happen and wanted to see her daughters new smile in time for Christmas.
With Christmas right around the corner, Dr Mo has done some incredible work and made it all possible for Deborah to showcase her new smile on Christmas Day.

Fun fact about Taylor is she loves to camp and go on adventures. She also has been a dental nurse for 12 years!

Wow what a transformation!!

This patient wanted a new smile transformation. Dr Mo help him re-design his smile by completing the All-On-4 procedure.

Before: His gums had receded causing the teeth to become mobile, were badly decayed and unhealthy. He had also lost some teeth that made spacing within his smile.

After: Dr Mo placed 4 titanium implants in his upper arch and 4 in his lower arch with All-On-4 bridge screwed in to replace his previous teeth. Leaving our patient with a re vamped smile.

🦷All-On-4 Vs Denture 🦷

What’s the difference between All-On-4 and Dentures ?

All-On-4 are a permanent set of teeth that are made to function, as well as look and feel like a natural set of teeth. The All-on-4 procedure of placing 4 dental implants, allows you to eat and speak normally as soon as 24 hours after the procedure. The All-On-4 is a much sturdier option that provides more strength and stability.
Maintenance for All-On-4 is just like your normal brushing and flossing of teeth making it so much easier to maintain.

As dentures are not permanently rooted into your mouth, they have the risk of falling out and moving around. If a denture is not fitted properly, they rub and irritate your gums, which can become quite uncomfortable. Maintenance for dentures requires more than an All-On-4 as dentures needs to be cleaned daily and soaked which can be forgotten or avoided. Dentures can also be more bulky in your mouth and feel more uncomfortable. Upper dentures cover the top of your mouth (also known as the palate) which covers where some of your taste buds our found.
