๐ฅ A New Era in Aluminium Alloy Separation - PLASMAX | LIBS
This new sorting system promises to sort three products in one run, undertake a novel multi-spot analysis and deliver purity levels of more than 95%. Designed to sort pre-specified aluminium-alloy qualities, it is setting new standards in efficiency and precision.
If you ask leading figures and visionaries in the recycling-business where they see the future of metal recycling going, they will often come back with: sorting . responded to this trend back in 2016 with the STEINERT LSS and is now launching the second LIBS sorting system. โป
The new sorting system brings together several technological innovations and combines them on the tried and tested STEINERT KSS platform - a symbiosis, promising maximum quality and reliability. The compact design also makes the sorting system very easy to integrate in existing systems and enables the sorted product to be fed straight back into the production process.
We will be presenting this new during IFAT in Munich (13-17 May 2024). See you there!

Ore sorted ๐ Take a look at recent on-site sorting results using the latest technology in Australia. โs sensor-based technologies offer a powerful approach for pre-concentration or elimination of unwanted materials at an early stage of comminution. SBS technologies can reduce CAPEX and OPEX with ore sorting benefits, such as:-
+ Selective high grading of existing waste dumps.
+ Reduction of environmental risks and costs.
+ Pre-concentration of ore underground or at remote satellite sites, in order to reduce transportation costs.
+ Pre-concentration of mill feed by separating it into high-grade, low-grade fractions and waste fractions.
