Quick and Easy Cheese Danish
Ingredients:
Simply Wize Puff pastry sheets (as many as you desire)
Cheese filling (optional):
Grated Parmesan, cheddar, or any preferred cheese
Melted butter or cream.
Poppy seeds
Instructions:
Preheat the oven according to the puff pastry package instructions.
Thaw the puff pastry sheets.
Prepare the cheese filling by grating preferred cheese.
Place the puff pastry sheets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread a layer of cheese filling over the entire top of each pastry sheet.
Fold the pastry sheets so they slightly overlap each other. Use a little water to seal the edges if needed.
Flip the pastries over so the folded part rests on the tray.
Brush the tops of the pastries with melted butter and dip in poppy seeds.
Bake in the preheated oven according to the package instructions, approximately 15 minutes at 200ยฐC, or until golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy your delicious almond cheese Danish pastries!

For those who are still craving hot cross buns or want to make choc-chip rolls, try our Simply Wize gluten-free Crusty Bread Mix.

Recipe:
Simply add 1/3 cup raw sugar and choc chips to your bread mix, form 4 x hot cross buns and place on your baking tray.
For your sugar glaze you will need 1:1 sugar and boiling water. Then brush over your hot cross buns.
For your cross detail, you will need 1/4 cup cornflour, 1/4 cup gf flour and 1/4 water, as well as 50g melted chocolate. Mix up and pop into a snap lock and ice as pictured!

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 a pack Simply Wize Choc'o Biscuits
- 200g chocolate, I took one with 55% and sea salt
- 115g butter
- 4-5 tbsp strong espresso
- 200g sugar, divided in two
- 5 eggs, room temperature
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 175ยฐC and prepare a greased springform pan lined with baking paper.
2. Start by chopping the chocolate and placing it in a bowl. Brown the butter and pour it over the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted, then add the espresso.
3. Separate the eggs, putting yolks in one bowl and egg whites in another. Weigh out 100g of sugar in a separate small bowl. Begin whipping the egg whites. Once you see bubbles forming and the foam starting to appear, gradually add the 100g of sugar, little by little. Continue beating until you achieve stiff peaks, which should take about 5 minutes.
4. Pour the remaining 100g of sugar into the chocolate mixture and whisk until evenly combined. Continue beating while gradually adding one yolk at a time.5. Add two scoops of the stiff meringue into the chocolate mixture and mix well. Carefully fold in the rest of the meringue using a spatula.
6. Chop 1/2 a pack of Simply Wize Choc'o Biscuits and gently fold into your mixture
7. Pour the batter into the prepared mold and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes. The cake should have a firm shell on the outside with some cracks along the edges, while the center remains slightly wobbly.
8. Allow the cake to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until completely cooled before removing it from the mold.
9. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and a pinch of sea salt before serving. Enjoy your delicious dessert!

INGREDIENTS
Simply Wize Gluten Free Puff Pastry
1 whisked egg (egg wash)
1kg beef mince
1 carrot finely grated
1 zucchini finely grated (squeeze any liquid out)
1 onion finely grated (squeeze any liquid out)
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp onion powder
Any preferred spices to taste
Salt and white pepper to taste
METHOD
Mix all your ingredients together in a bowl
Take your pastry and spoon the meat mixture in the middle and make a sausage log shape. Don't overfill
Roll up and cut into desired sized pieces, brush with egg wash
Place on a tray or bake in airfryer at 190ยฐ til golden and crisp

Quick, healthy and delicious, this is one recipe we can't wait to try!
RECIPE
1. Fry off a handful of spring onion & herbs of choice (Georgia used parsley) with a drizzle of garlic oil
2. Once herbs are fragrant, add 1 small tin of tomato paste (140g) and mix to coat the herbs
3. Then add 1 can of coconut milk, 1/2 cup nutritional yeast & some salt, turn heat to low and let simmer
4. Boil water for your gnocchi, once boiled add 1 packet Simply Wize gluten-free gnocchi and cook as per packet instructions
5. Once gnocchi is cooked, gently mix into the pasta sauce
6. Stir in a handful of spinach before serving into bowls
7. Top with fresh parsley & cheese
