In all seriousness though..
With the ever growing case numbers we, as a small business would appreciate everyone's co-operation as safety is our number one priority. Not only for our staff and clients but for all our own friends and family and the operation of the business to remain open.

We would appreciate early notification if you're showing the slightest of symptoms, are a close contact or have the virus.

As a small business, last minute cancellations affect us financially which can snowball into bigger problems such as closure due to short staff or actual closure of business.
But also if you come in sick you could potentially affect the whole team which also would lead to closure.
I don't really like to talk about it but it's reality for not just me but all businesses.

So, last minute cancellations with deposits may likely lose their deposit as the ongoing costs still occur even if you don't attend. We ask for 24 hours notice even if it's 1am in the morning you can email, DM us on our socials to contact and let us know.

Its better for both parties, not just for safety, but to keep our doors open if everyone works together. We understand last minute things come up, but in the current climate and fast changing events we need everyone's co-operation to be able to keep everyone safe and keep our doors open.

This is our team photo right after our very last client today, and after a HUGE Christmas week. 🎅
We also haven't been too present on Social Media since we reopened late October, as I felt the need to really take a break from it all. All our Beauty 21 cult followers know exactly where to find us in our present form - which is our best form 😉.
