Learning the ancient practice of TA***IC YOGA is transformational for actors to connect to their truth and authenticity.

AWAKEN TO TA**RA Intro class is an exploration of the ancient practices of Ta***ic Yoga, for the purposes of creating deeper levels of intimacy and s*xual connection with another person.

You will learn to open your heart to your partner and dissolve the protective walls you may have built up over time, to allow yourself to connect from your deepest truth and authenticity.

By using ta***ic techniques, you will learn how to expand your consciousness and create a nourishing soulful union, which will lead to deeply fulfilling, conscious and connected love making.

The class will begin with gentle ta***ic breathwork and postures.
Techniques, including eye gazing allow you to create a deep sense of connection and intimacy with your partner.

Ongoing practice of Ta***ic Yoga will give you better health and welbeing, heightened pleasure and increased states of bliss in lo******ng. You will also learn the power of eroticism, loveplay and seduction, and revitalise long term relationships.

AWAKEN TO TA**RA Intro Class is 18+.
If you are not in a couple, you are welcome to bring a friend.
