This stir fry is full of FRESH AUSSIE FISH ( Black Trevally) this curry has a sweet mango zing with an after hint of heat. Also included is fresh chopped red capsicum, snow peas, beans, red onion, brocolli and carrot. Simmer in a pot or pan with a lid for approximately 7-8 mins and serve ontop of jasmine rice. GF.
