Today for R U OK? Day Casabene Group was fortunate enough to have Sean from come in to talk to our team about men’s health.

Sean spoke with us about his mental health struggles and helped our team learn to break the ice when it comes to communicating with our mates and each other about our mental health.

R U OK? Day is a reminder to start a conversation that could change a life.

This year the message is: R U OKAY? I’m here to hear. Asking R U OK ? Is the first step, but let’s all make sure we are genuinely listening to what comes next.

Casabene Group is holding a Family Fun Day with all proceeds going to support the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal.

One of our staff members Romi, relies on the Royal Children Hospital for his adorable son Arlo who was born with a heart defect. This year Arlo is the face of the Good Friday Appeal.
