GUYS the 2024 tilt challenge results are officially in and the improvements everyone has made are next level, like seriously😍 3 WEEKS of completing their prescribed at home exercises and these were some of the results‼️ Just crazy right? 😱 Also a big congrats to Apple and Dips who were crowned as our Melbourne winners today, you both killed IT 🔥

Little flashback to the last DP of 2023 when we were working on our backpack kickturns! 🎒See it? I know makes total sense 🤭 But quick tip from me. If the turn you’re practicing isn’t working and you can’t figure out why, analysing your position is such an effective way to quickly fix your turns! It’s actually really important and a BIG topic discussed at DP throughout the year 🙌🏼

To kickstart the UK tour we made a quick trip to Perth for two open workshops, and let me just say you guys raised the actual roof! Like seriously the most beautiful kids with the best vibes, all of you were SO amazing!! We can’t wait to see you all super soon 🥰

Stoppp LONDON we’re actually obsessed!! 🇬🇧 Today we did some exploring and saw some beautiful sights together, finally with the complete UK tour team which was literally SO much fun. Our first workshop with the awesome kicks off tomorrow and boy are we excited! Seriously, we can not wait to see you all, it’s going to be insaneee 😍😍 Get pumped you guys, let’s go!!! 🔥

Hehe we were just mucking around in Learning Dissection (note the Dance Journal) and how nuts is this 😍😍

Talking about alignment and balance in our penche holds in preparation for donut turns - I accept parallel supporting legs for Preclins because their external rotators are still developing but the Clins have to have turned out 😇 apart from little details like that they do essentially the same class!

We don’t have a “no leaning on the wall” policy at DANCE PRESCRIPTION. We have a “stand however you’re most comfortable so you can relax and focus on learning from your mates and supporting them” kind of policy 😂

Not going to lie I squealed when these guys wanted me back - their athletes are SO MUCH FUN! Absolutely buzzing!
