Something I made quickly last night - dumpling noodle soup with Mrs. Tran's Kitchen dumplings 😋

It was a pretty rough / thrown together recipe

- 500ml chicken broth (I used Coles brand)
- 250ml water (probably should have done 300-400)
- tsp each of ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil

All in a pot to boil, popped in the dumplings and cooked for 8 mins until the dumplings were cooked.

In the meantime, I sauteed some vegetables and cooked the noodles.

Then I layered everything up in the bowl and poured the soup and dumplings on top. 🥟

Finished with a lemon piece and some chilli crisp oil.
