Statement of Purpose

Australian Student Application को लागि Statement of Purpose ले पनि निर्णायक भूमिका खेल्छ। धेरै बिधार्थीहरु नराम्रो SOP लेखनाले पनि University/College हरुले Offer नै नगर्न सक्छन ।

खासगरी आफ्नो पढाईको बीचमा Gap छ, Academic/Ielts Score राम्रो छैन भने ति कुराहरु लाई पनि SOP मा राम्रोसँग प्रस्तुत गर्न सकिन्छ।

SOP मा मुख्य भनेको तपाईले आफ्नो Overview दिने हो। तपाई आफैबारे, पढाईको Background, तपाईंले गर्न खोज्नु भएको Proposed Study को मुख्य कारण, (किन येही Subject Choose गर्नु भयो, तपाईले यसमा future देखेर, आफ्नो Hobby ले वा दुवै, वा अरु पनि कारण ) ।
तपाईले यो Subject पढ्न किन अस्ट्रेलिया नै रोज्नु भयो, अस्ट्रेलियाको (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne) को सोही University/College नै किन रोज्नु भयो पनि खुलाउनु पर्छ।

तपाईले काम गर्दै हुनुहुन्छ भने सो कामको अनुभब, आफ्नो सानो Family Background, तपाईको भबिषयको Aim, थोरै Hobby (Proposed पढाईसँग Related) र अन्य कुराहरु लेख्दा तपाईको Application लाई मद्दत हुन्छ।

करिब 300-500 Words को राम्रो देखिन्छ। Grammatical Mistake, Structure मा ध्यान दिनु होला किनकी अर्थको अनर्थ नहोस वा तपाईले भन्न खोजेको कुरा प्रस्ट खुलोस।
तपाईको आफ्नो अवस्था अनुसार 4 देखि 6 Paragraph मा राम्रो SOP लेख्न सकिन्छ।

एउटा राम्रो SOP मा निम्न कुराहरु हुन्छन।

Introduction

पहिलो Paragraph मा आफ्नो छोटो Introduction दिनु राम्रो हुन्छ। । यसमा आफ्नोबारे, आफ्नो Interest, Hobby, आफ्नो Family Support बारे लेख्नुस। तपाई विवाहित हुनुहुन्छ, बाल बच्चा छ भने यहाँ Introduce गर्न सक्नु हुन्छ।

Education

यसमा तपाईले School, College मा गरेको Education बारे लेख्नुस। तपाईले English Boarding मा पढ्नु भएको कुरा, र आफ्नो अन्तिम पढाईलाई बढी Focus गरेर लेख्नु राम्रो हुन्छ। येदि कुनै Gap, Back Paper थियो भने, त्येसको कारण मिलाएर Positive तरिकाले लेख्नु पर्छ। । तपाईले अरु Certificate जस्तो Photography, Computer Diploma, Cooking Course गर्नु भयको र Certificate छ भने अलि राम्ररी प्रस्ट्याउनुस । तपाईको Mathematics, English, कुन राम्रो थियो वा School College मा अवार्ड पाएको हो भने त्यो लेख्नुस।

Employment

तपाईको पढाईसंग Related Field मा काम गर्दैहुनुहुन्छ भने त्यो देखाउनुस। तपाईले अन्य Field मा काम गर्नु हुन्छ भने पनि आफ्नो पढाईसँग Connection कसरी छ भन्ने खुलाउनुस। तपाईले Volunteer काम गर्नुभयको छ, Sports Club मा हुनुहुन्छ भने त्यो पनि लेख्न सकिन्छ। आफ्नो Family Business छ भने त्येसमा आफ्नो Involvement, त्येसको Scope देखाईदिनुस।

Proposed Study

तपाईले किन येही Course गर्न खोज्दै हुनु हुन्छ? येही College/University मा नै किन Application गर्दै हुनुहुन्छ, तपाईले आफैले Research गरेको, साथीहरुले Reccommend गरेको र त्येसपछि आफुले Research गरेर यस्तो निर्णय गरेको कुरा भन्नुस । तपाईले किन येही Course गर्न खोज्दै हुनु हुन्छ? येही College/University मा नै किन Application गर्दै हुनुहुन्छ, तपाईले आफैले Research गरेको, साथीहरुले Reccommend गरेको र त्येसपछि आफुले Research गरेर यस्तो निर्णय गरेको कुरा लेख्दा राम्रो देखिन्छ।

Future Aim

तपाईले गरेको Course बाट कसरी तपाईलाई फाइदा हुन्छ, तपाईको भबिस्यको योजना कसरी यो Course ले पुरा हुन्छ? तपाईको Career को लागि यो पढाई कत्तिको महत्व राख्छ, र Abroad Study बाट के आशा राख्नु भएको छ, त्यो लेख्नुस।

तपाईले आफ्नो पढाई सककाएर नेपाल फर्किने र नेपालमा त्यो पढाईले तपाईलाई कस्तो मदत गर्छ, (राम्रो Company मा जागिर खान, आफ्नै Business Start गर्न, Family Business लाई बढौंन) आदी लेख्ने।

Conclusion

माथि लेखेको कुरालाई Conclude गर्नुस।

यसरी लेख्दा अलि पत्यारिलो हुने तरिकाले लेख्नु होला।

Dear visa holders in Australia, being a Registered Migration Agent already for last 10 consecutive years, here I shred some light on visa refusals today. When a visa application in Australia is refused unfortunately, it is wise to know what options the visa applicants have, and how it impacts their stay in Australia.

Generally, within 21 days of visa application submitted and while the applicant is in Australia at the time of submitting the relevant visa application, the visa applicant will have an opportunity to apply for a review of the visa refusal decision. As long as the applicant submits a review application at Administrative Appeal Tribunal , commonly known as AAT(previously MRT) within 21 days of notification of the decision of visa refusal, please carefully be advised that the visa applicant’s bridging visa will automatically remain active until the tribunal makes the decision of the the review application, and 35 days more if the review application is also unsuccessful(I regret to mention negative scenarios as I believe in preparing for the worst). Also important thing to understand is all the bridging visa conditions still apply, as would normally with any visa a person would be holding a particular given point of time. This is particularly very sensitive for people who apply student visas if they decided to study in Australia when coming to visit Australia(the bridging visa would have "no work" condition and that would apply to the entire duration when the person is waiting for the revie of the decision at the AAT(processing time is not fixed, can take anywhere from 6months to 2 years on a case to case basis.

PS: the first 2 digits of license number of RMAs determine the year they were registered hence me 10 years ago as my number is 1464988, which provided me precious opportunity to submit 3000+ visas already until now, if not more!
Disclaimer: Most situation depend on a case to case basis and laws apply accordingly, hence the advice being given at a particular point of time being affected some way with deferring cases :)

With lots of students graduating currently, I want to first congratulate them for successful completion and courage to stand up against failures for the unfortunate ones but have a faith you will be stronger instead!
As every students would know, SC 485 visa is available for graduates. There are many acts, regulations in migration law 1958 that governs the criteria for the Temporary Graduate subclass 485 visa, and there are many things that are required at the time of the application. Now since law is confusing always, there is a big difference in requirements “at the time of application Vs during the time of application”
So in nutshell, I want to make all students aware of such requirements for the temporary graduate sc485 visa that are at the time of application requirements as if these requirements were not met while submitting the application, the law would not allow that visa to be granted, hence very unfortunate for students and decision makers too sadly.
Please think wisely and research well.
