These are handmade by momma Long, with split mung beans, woodeared fungus, chunks of chicken seitan and vegetable mince.

Chef Will has made a lovely aromatic chilli oil dressing to pair with the wontons.

Umami packed burger, savoury in all the best ways. Our succulent grilled beef patty is topped with Swiss cheese, grilled flat mushrooms, red onions, oakleaf lettuce and finished with caramelised onions and aioli.

We've listened to your feedback about the Lion's Mane dish with with some loving it, some not so much. Tysm for being honest with us 🫶

Working with a new mushroom we've never handled before, we were so excited to use it, but we found that if you overwork it, it quickly loses moisture, juiciness, and shrinks, intensifying the marinade (and really depends who prepped them that day).

And that's not good enough for us, we want all the food coming out of our kitchen to be consistent and drool-worthy each time 🙌

We've taken all those challenges and have found a way to keep the Lion's mane mushroom juicy, seal it inside a nice crispy crust! Introducing Version 2.0, plus some added gravy for the mash. A great feed! 😋🍴
