At the core of the In One Voice Festival is the "With One Aim" Community Groups Expo.
In 2022, over 70 Jewish community groups participated, expressing the extraordinary diversity of Jewish community life.
The groups represented every facet and persuasion of Jewish community activity including youth, women, ecological groups, synagogues, sporting groups, welfare and other special interests and issues.
The In One Voice Community Expo enables community groups to promote their services and spread their mission. It showcases the remarkable richness of Jewish community life, and offers those attending In One Voice the opportunity to get to know what the community offers.
What would a festival be without food? In One Voice has hosted some of the best Jewish food vendors in Melbourne to feed you.

The Jewish community is full of incredible artists, artisans, makers, creators, cooks and more. With over 24 stalls at IOV 2022 and plenty more in 2023, you'll be sure to get your hands on some home-made, locally designed or carefully crafted arts, crafts and artisanal items at the festival.

We can’t wait to welcome back Mishn to the concert this year.
Mishn is back after blowing away the In One Night audience in 2021 with their heady mish/mix of Yiddish klezmer and Latin grooves.
A musical project by well-known Melbourne percussionist Toby Bender (Ghetto Cabaret Orchestra), combining modern South American-style salsa with traditional Afro-Cuban rhythms and the unmistakeable sound of heartbreaking klezmer tones, Mishn mixes two powerful cultures and musical styles into a unique and infectious experience.
In their return performance, bandleader Bender will front a 13-piece outfit showcasing a mixture of original songs and a selection of upbeat classics, sung in Yiddish, Spanish and English.

Ohad Rein (aka Old Man River) is a singer/songwriter, producer and mixing engineer who believes in the power of music to uplift, heal and change the world for better. He has recently relocated to Melbourne with his family.
Through his main musical vehicle - Old Man River, he saw his albums released through major labels, experienced top chart radio success, had relentlessly toured all around the globe, played in front of the Dalai Lama twice and won an APRA Award for Blues & Roots Work of the Year.
Teaming up with regular collaborators Adam and Simon Starr and Jonathan Skovron, Ohad performs beloved Israeli pop music from the ‘70s, ’80s and ‘90s.

We can’t wait to welcome back MC extraordinaire Elisa Gray this year for the In One Voice convert 2023⭐️
Elisa has been performing since childhood, performing with the Actor’s theatre, the National Theatre, Trak Players, and Saltpillar.
She performed with Barrie Kosky’s GILGUL THEATRE in The Dybbuk, Es Brent and The Wilderness Room in Melbourne, Sydney, (as part of the Belvoir Street theatre season) and Canberra.
Elisa, Tomi Kalinski and Evelyn Krape (aka Zafftik) created and performed a Yiddish theatre piece, Ek Velt, to great acclaim in Melbourne, Montreal, and New York.
In 2020 Elisa was cast in the Opera Australia production of Fiddler on the Roof, which was unfortunately cancelled due to Covid.
Elisa has also appeared in television and film.
She is currently performing as one of The Yiddish Divas and will also be playing Golde later this year in MLOC’s production of Fiddler on the Roof.

Come and get a taste of Yiddish Divas: Into the Red Tent, the Kadimah’s smash-hit show featuring an intergenerational cast of seven singers and three musicians. This rich community production brings Yiddish songs to life in a show that is moving, heartbreaking, funny and joyful.
Starring Deidre Rubenstein, Karen Feldman, Elisa Gray, Freydi Mrocki, Josh Reuben, Freya Boltman and Noa Coates, directed by award-winning performer and Kadimah Yiddish Theatre Artistic Director Evelyn Krape with Adam Starr as musical director.

The Mazelrock Duo is a stripped back acoustic offshoot of Melbourne’s newest rocked out simcha band, Mazelrock.
Comprising of Andrew Rozen - guitarist, singer and DJ; and Toby Bender - drummer, percussionist and singer, they perform weekly at events and simchas covering their favourite songs in Hebrew, Yiddish, and English. Their eclectic repertoire spanning the 1960s through to today caters to all walks of life.
Andrew and Toby have a unique chemistry and engage with their audiences to create good vibes through music.

The saxophone firm in his grasp, Max cuts a towering figure, swaying back and forth in a mystical trance. One moment he is serenading the audience with sweet, sonorous, meditative tones, another moment he threads a rich tapestry of ornamentations, then he blows the house down with rapid fire, stream-of-consciousness sketches, shapes and guttural bellowing.
Max König is a unique sound, sight and spirit to behold.
This set, Max will be performing his most beloved jewish melodies, which he has encountered playing many weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, yom tovim, private parties and bar/club gigs.Accompanying him at In One Voice 2022 is drummer Andrew Doo, keyboardist Shai Martin, and special guest from Slovenia, fellow saxophonist and longtime friend Andrej Thompson.
