It’s all about love … and balance.
There have been many tests and experiments on the power of frequencies.
Masaru Emoto exposed water to different vibrations,emotions and frequencies and found that when frozen, the ice retained certain shapes. The positive, loving emotions and frequencies, created balance and pleasing structures but the ice that was infused with the negative, harmful emotions created unstructured, discordant shapes.
Our body is made up largely of water and so this is of great importance to us and our development.

Always remember: there are many ways to help yourself when you are sick.

Try this- grab some jojoba oil and a 25 ml dropper bottle as well as ezi- breathe from .
Put the jojoba in the dropper bottle ( obviously 🙄), add 12 drops of ezi-breathe and pop the lid on. There, your special oil is ready. As simple as that!
Now you can rub this on your chest as often as possible especially initially.
There is something soothing about rubbing cream/ oil on your chest. It’s nurturing.
Don’t just stop there- remember this is a whole body approach.
Then make yourself some liquorice root tea which helps to relieve colds and coughs.
Take time off work or chores around the home.

A little something to help anything that is inflamed.
It’s a very common thing to have inflammation, unfortunately. What is not that common is finding a way to naturally combat inflammation.

Sore throats really affect everything don’t they? For me, I(Deb)become silent and fairly moody. I also don’t eat much which is a big deal- I love my food! 😂

Carrying on the honey theme, we have quite a few varieties for you ,to help out this winter.
Did you know the oldest honey found was over 3000 years old? 😮 It was still edible, proving that honey doesn’t expire. (I always find it amusing to see the “best before” date 😂)
Another thing to always check are the ingredients- I know you may think -“but it’s just honey”. Unfortunately some more commercial honey actually has sugar added 🤦🏻♀️ 🤷🏻♀️
