Woaaaaahh I haven’t posted in yonks! Where have I been? Read below 🌝
I took a nice break from socials as some of you may know. Social media during covid was just blehhhh. I was O V E R I T!
I realised it’s necessary to take a break and focus on things that matter, esp when social media is overly consumed.
It’s been a season of growth and tests and the lessons have been 🤯 because ultimately, life is more than physical fitness, but mental and spiritual fitness too ✨
I’ve never forgotten the reason I would post regularly, it’s always been a passion of mine to simply help you and share health and fitness things. Health and fitness in every way, not just your physical body, but your mental and spiritual state too. While it’s nice to “look” good, there’s more to life than just that.
SoOooOo I’m planning to be more active on here, I love sharing insightful, encouraging and helpful things related to every aspect of our being 💫 Also cute animal vids lol 🦙

✨ My Fav Healthy Schnitzel Recipe ✨
It’s been 10 years since I’ve posted a recipe! This has been a staple at home; love love love me some healthy schnitzel 🥰
If you swipe left, you’ll see I screenshotted the steps to take when making this. It was from a random video on Facebook. Facebook videos are nonsense most of the time, but this one got my attention!
So beat up some chicken breast 👉🏼 salt n pepper 👉🏼 smother in yoghurt (I like Greek yoghurt) 👉🏼 Place in fridge for halfa 👉🏼 Mix some parmesan cheese n gluten free crumbs (doesn’t have to be gluten free, but I prefer it for health benefits) 👉🏼 Add that onto the chicken 👉🏼 Olive oil 👉🏼 Bake (not fry) 👉🏼 I usually bake for longer than 20 tbh because I get paranoid cooking chicken lol 👉🏼 Yummmmmy!
