Being the only seafood store in the village, we like to push the boundaries and try new exciting things with our products. Introducing Salmon Kabana 😀 flavoured with charred capsaicin fresh dill and a hint of cayenne pepper. Eliza Village Gourmet Meats sell the bassine cheese straight from the supplier. Worried about giving it ago just ask us for a tasting in store( the kabana not the wine😉)
