As we all know when your order through a 3rd party it's not as straight forward as ordering direct so unfortunately if there are any delivery issues you will need to contact Menulog , but if there are any issues with your order please contact us .

We recommend you still order via Orderup for pick ups as there are added fees and charges through the delivery apps.
