To Be Frank Bakery prides itself on producing high-quality healthy products using the "Respectus Panis" method. We focus on using organic and bio-sustainable ingredients, sourced locally and ethically. We have a passion for producing high-quality products while displaying a commitment to environmental sustainability.

We’re looking for passionate, motivated and energetic staff to join a new and exciting bakery project in South Melbourne! If you’re passionate about baking, laminating and creating delicious cakes and pastries, please forward a Cover Letter and CV to [email protected]. Minimum 2 years of industry experience is required for the pastry chef roles and senior bakery experience in running bread production required for the Head Baker position.
