As much as we love to treat you, address your issues and cater to your needs and niggles, we also advise that aside from treatment at My Body Clinic you do your part at maintaining these issues.
What we mean by that is:
•Ensure you complete your rehab program and/or strength and con program from home/ the gym
•Use the RICER method when applicable:
Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevate and Referral
•Book in a review with us as soon as you feel discomfort rather than allowing the pain to worsen.
•One more thing ! Speak to your therapist about when the best time to see us again may be. This may be as soon as possible to address the urgent issue or attend to another area needing treatment or it could be not until your feeling unrestricted!
This will depend on the individual and what they’re presenting with 😃
