Remember going to the local Chinese restaurant when you were a kid and getting the Fried Ice Cream?
It was always so exciting... How did they make it hot AND cold? And it always came with that store-bought syrup (strawberry, chocolate or caramel was usually the go-to).
We've given the classic fried ice-cream a luxury, Gelato makeover and today only, you can try it for $5 after 5pm (Sunday, 11 Aug until sold out).

Hey everyone, we’re a gelato pop-up looking to make this store our permanent location. People have been saying there’s nothing around the area so I thought I’d give this location a try. It’s located next to Pizza Bite at Shop 11, 414 Milne Rd, Redwood Park. Opening times: Thursday - Sunday , 4pm till 9pm
We make every flavour from scratch in our kitchen. Feel free to come taste some flavours and have a tour of the kitchen too. All our products are made with the finest ingredients, with no artificial flavours or colours.

Pineapple Sorbet
Thanks for everyone’s support at the Adelaide International Kite Festival! 🪁 Pineapple sorbet was such a hit that we barely have any left. I’ll cook up another batch ready for Thursday.
The sorbet has 55% real pineapple fruit inside. 🍍 As with all our sorbets, it’s dairy free, gluten free, fat free and vegan. No artificial flavours or colours.
Good news for the people at Redwood Park: We’ll have a pop-up for a few months and if all goes well we’ll stay permanently. Address is 11/414 Milne Rd, Redwood park, SA.
