😽 KNEE FRIENDLY ~ legs workout!!! Comment below if you struggle with your knees. 🙌🏼 Here are 6 of my favourite leg exercises that are gentle on your knees. I’ve popped in 6 so if any of them aren’t suitable you’ve got some options. 😽 I’d love to hear your feedback lovelies!! Remember 1 round is still always better than none!.
1️⃣ Calf raises x 15.
🌸 DR (diastasis recti) & pregnancy friendly.
2️⃣ Inner thigh leg pull through x 15 each side.
🌸 DR & pregnancy friendly.
3️⃣ Clams x 15 each side.
👉🏼 Lower feet to ground if you wish.
🌸 DR friendly, NOT pregnancy friendly.
4️⃣ Hip thrusts x 15.
🌸 DR friendly, for pregnancy friendly option raise upper back on bench.
5️⃣ Lying side leg raises x 15 each side.
🌸 DR friendly, for pregnancy friendly option swap for standing side leg raises.
6️⃣ Lying leg openers x 15.
🌸 For a DR & pregnancy option swap for seated pillow squeezes.
