Here’s how you can make your own Malbec Mulled Wine!
Ingredients (serves 8-10):
2 bottles of Malbec
2 oranges, sliced
1/2 cup honey
16 whole cloves
4 cinnamon sticks
4 star anise
Cranberries
Extra citrus & spices for garnish
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a stainless steel saucepan, simmer (don’t boil) over medium-high heat.
2. Reduce heat, simmer for 15 mins (up to 3 hours).
3. Strain, serve warm with your desired garnishes.

Ingredients (serves 2):
60mL Toki Suntory Blended Japanese Whisky
15mL Yuzu Juice
10mL Honey
1 Egg White
10mL Lemon Juice
Angostura Bitters
Method:
1. Add the whisky, lemon juice, yuzu juice and egg white into a shaker and dry-shake (without ice) vigorously for 10 seconds.
2. Add large ice cubes and shake again until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with the Angostura Bitters.

90mL fresh lychee purée (about 10 lychees)
60mL fresh juiced grapefruit juice
30mL Skyy Vodka
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Method:
1. Put all the lychees in a food processor, pulse until smooth then strain through a fine mesh strainer and set aside.
2. Juice your grapefruit. Strain and add all of the ingredients except the prosecco to a shaker, shake with ice for a few seconds.
3. Pour and top with prosecco.

Ingredients (serves 2)
1 tbs sea salt
1 tsp chilli flakes
20mL fresh lime juice
30mL coconut milk
15mL Grand Marnier
30mL Aperol Aperitivo
45mL El Sueño Tequila Silver
Method:
1. Mix together sea salt and chilli in a shallow plate. Rim cocktail glass with lime first, followed by chilli and salt mix. Set aside.
2. Add El Sueño Tequila Silver, Aperol, Grand Marnier, coconut milk and fresh lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice.
3. Shake until well-chilled
4. Strain into rimmed cocktail glass with ice.
5. Garnish with an orange wheel and enjoy!
