We are UBX [You-Box]: world-class boxing workouts, ready when you are. UBX delivers a unique mix of boxing and strength training across a 12 round circuit.

Each day is different and members can start their workout at any time they like. Six of the rounds include boxing exercises, whether that’s bagwork or one-on-one padwork with a coach. The other six rounds include a combination of functional strength, cardio and conditioning movements. ⚡Your final week of POWER PHASE: strength and speed are combined through explosive movements. Your goal is to keep your transitions quick and maximise output on every round by getting through as many reps as possible

⚡The BENCHMARKS are back! Your aim is to smash those week one scores on all 3 of your benchmark exercises: Anaerobic Conditioning, Muscular Endurance and Power.

⚡The nutrition focus is FINAL CUT: your final week is all about sticking to the game plan and remaining consistent. Prepare your meals in advance, remove foods of temptation, schedule your workouts with yourself and stick to it!

⚡ Your mindset objective is to adopt A WINNING MINDSET: to create a strong mindset, it’s important to remember that obstacles don’t have to stop you, you only need to trust in yourself and know that you will overcome. So keep pushing until you reach that finish line!

⚡ Your mindset objective is REFLECTION: take an opportunity to acknowledge and appreciate just how far you’ve come. Take note of your achievements and failures alike and how they’ve contributed to your progress, and learn from them in a healthy, positive and constructive manner.
