Our friends are famous for creating traditional-style ales and spirits. Every product is created using age-old techniques but with smarts from today that give it something special.
The beers are made using malted barley as the base with specialty malts from the UK added to enhance flavour. While the spirits are distilled in a hand-beaten alembic copper pot still.

There is still time to grab tickets to our very own Wine Experience Class taking place this weekend as part of the Festival.

Our talented wine expert, Jacquie Lewis will host a 30-minute class 'Modern Mornington Peninsula Wines'; an exploration of the sub regional styles of the MP.

The curated tasting will compare two Pinot Noirs and two Chardonnays from two show entrants (Lindenderry Wines Red Hill) highlighting the importance, influence, and subtle nuance of terroir in wine production.

The side-by-side tasting will allow you to discover not only the winemaking styles but the influence of our local region’s soil and climate diversity between vineyards just 10km apart.
