The first kit I purchased 2yrs ago changed my life. I got the Home Essentials kit and it empowered me with natural solutions to everyday experiences we all have. Now I am always proactive when it comes to our health and I feel like I’m in control now 🙌🏽

Sorry I’ve been a bit missing in action around here!
Week 3 back at work (that’s gone crazy fast) I’m still finding my groove!
I am casual so each week is a little different so it’s just taking me a bit of time to adjust to that!
I usually reply to all messages in the evening and I absolutely LOVE talking oils and low tox and DIY skin so don’t be afraid to send me a message if you have any questions!

This is one of the biggest mindset changes I have ever ever made 🙌🏽✨

Oils help with this so very much as well! That’s why I have them scattered through my house 🙈

There’s stations all around the house! My kitchen cleaning ritual includes turning on my kitchen diffuser 🤣

Nothings is a boring task anymore everything is a ritual done with love!

Making the bed is a linen spray ritual for sweet dreams later that night ❤️

Brushing my teeth is even a ritual of wellness using my onguard toothpaste 😂

I’m up early to do the daycare drop before starting work! So this is what I’m rolling with today!

Hand lotions 🧴

Does anyone else use hand lotions, I didn’t either!

But now that I do 😍😍

I love them!

Especially in winter when your skin gets really dry!

I keep my rose lotion next to my bed and apply it right before I go to sleep

And my citrus bliss lotion I keep in my hand bag to use after I’ve washed my hands or had to use any hand sanitiser!

I also like to use these lotions on my elbows, knees and hands before I apply fake tan to make sure I don’t get any build up around those dry patches!

They both smell amazing but my fav is definitely the rose 🌹

Here’s what I did and it absolutely worked amazing!
DoTERRA clarifying mud mask on pits before I hop in the shower each night for 1 week and wash off at the end.
After the initial detox I only apply the mud mask if needed (rarely).
Apply my natural DoTERRA balance deodorant every morning and I’m good to go 👌🏾
