We’ll what was supposed to be a gravel bunch ride ended up being a solo whip on my wanderer due to me missing the start of the Bunchie. That was until, I bumped into on his wanderer. Our ride took us all over the place on gravel roads, paths, sealed roads and trails and we both told stories of how incredibly versatile these bikes are. ✊🏼🔴✊🏼🔴 Such a deserving winner of it has been amazing to watch this team shift their focus over the past couple of days and have and support their team mate and create history by winning all 3 grand tours in a season. Not only this but also history breaking is them finishing with 1st, 2nd and 3rd on the podium with the three individual grand tour winners in the 3rd edition for the year. Just wow! ✊🏼✊🏼🟡⚫️🟡⚫️🤗🤗 📸 Cred feed.

Afternoons are getting longer and a little warmer. Won’t be long til the RNR Thursday Arvo Gelato Rides kick off again. 😃😃

Couldn’t get a ride in today but I did get a walk in to the top of Mt Eden 🌋 in Auckland. 🇳🇿 It was a beautiful afternoon and just a wow 😮 view. Highly recommended if your ever in the area. 👌🏼👌🏼✅✅🤗🤗

What better way to embrace the beauty of Waiwera, New Zealand 🚴‍♂️🌿 than by gravel bike. I did a short 40km ride this morning through these scenic trails and quiet country roads, it was a fantastic little adventure. 🤗🤗😃😃 Bike hired from ✅👌🏼✊🏼✊🏼

The outdoor bath at ‘The Tiny Chapel’ B&B in Laguna was the perfect place to chill out after hitting a bit of local gravel. It’s accessible and hard to beat for us Newcastle folk. Get out there! 🚴🏼‍♂️🚴🏼‍♂️🥰🥰

Monday = Flat 30km - Social Paced - No Drop

Wednesday Whip = 30km Pursuit Format - 3 Groups - Social = No Drop, Intermediate and Fast Groups are drop groups you’ll need to keep up or head straight to for coffee and post ride banter. 😉😂💪🏼💪🏼

Our new TGIF Bunchie that we will run every Friday morning got off to a decent start this morning. Especially considering the roads were quite wet. Turned out to be a beautiful morning to ride a bike. We got to hang out with our mate in the ‘Build-a-Bike’ workshop this afternoon. Although in this case, it was a reverse build as he’d had an unfortunate frame breakage on his BMC Roadmachine. New bike day was a while ago so it was time to salvage some parts off this steed before sending it to its final resting place. 😢😢 Thanks for calling in mate!
