We are seeking a bright enthusiastic
𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐎𝐍 𝐂𝐎-𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑
to be the face of our luxury Hamilton salon ✄

We are such a busy salon that the admin jobs get left behind, we are seeking someone who can keep us up to date with our day to day admin — greeting, answering calls, emails, instagram messages and keeping us on track while we pamper our wonderful clients 🥂

For this position you will have:
• would have previous experience working in a salon in the hair and beauty industry in a SIMILAR ROLE is preferred, but work in admin, retail or hospitality is also an asset.
• the ability to be proactive and detail focussed.
• a bright bubbly personality — as you are the first person our guests see when they are welcomed into the salon!
• amazing time management skills and loved to be kept on your toes.

For this position you will be:
• the smiling face greeting guests on arrival and ensuring they are looked after as soon as they walk in.
• managing, confirming and rescheduling customer bookings through telephone & instagram messages.
• motivating and supporting our busy team of hairdressers to ensure our day runs smooth and efficiently.
