Member Shoutout!!!

Congratulations go to Allen AGAIN👏👏👏

He has now lost over 40kg in the last 9 months on his weight loss journey.

So, so, so proud of this guy 🥹 🥹🥹

He is so dedicated to his workouts & clearly sticks yo his diet enough to be able to lose almost 42kg so far since he started back in November last year.

We think his weight journey is still continuing, but we keep having to adjust his goal every time he reaches the next weight loss target.

Back in February we posted about Allen reaching the 20kg weight loss mark on his weight loss journey.

Well, as of today he has just reached the 30kg weight loss mark 😱😱

Big shout out to you all Allen for never once losing sight of the big picture of where you want to go with your weight loss & muscle gain goals.

23 tips to get in the best shape of your life in 2023:

1. Alcohol is poison. Minimize at all costs.

2. If you're not h***y, you're not healthy.

3. Peanut butter is not a high-protein snack.

4. Eat slower to allow time for the satiety hormone (leptin) to release in your body. This tells your body when you're full.

5. Sugar does not make you fat.

6. Watching TV or your phone is a documented depressant. Exercise is a documented anti-depressant. Adjust your life accordingly.

7. Cardio is like day trading for quick profits (burns calories). Weight training is like investing for passive income (boosts metabolism.

8. Muscle confusion is not a real thing.

9. Eat as much fruit as you want. Nearly impossible to overeat.

10. Black coffee & sparkling water are great appetite suppressants.

11. To avoid post-dinner snacking, brush your teeth. Watch your cravings vanish.

Collin is our latest Loser Winner!!!

He has just broken the 20kg mark on his weight loss journey by getting down to 93.0kg yesterday.

But that’s not all! Collin is also now so much fitter AND stronger than he is ever been since starting his personal training with Dean at our North Perth gym.

He is now motivated enough to come in for another two workouts per week on his own as well as doing his weekly workout with Dean.

Well done Collin, we are soooo proud of you 🥹👏👍

Weight loss is simply a numbers game, and the numbers just need to add up (or subtract in this case).

So what this also means is that if you are not losing weight you are simply consuming too many calories.

You don’t have to change what foods you eat, just eat less of the ones you are already eating.

If you halved the quantity of everything you currently eat, you have halved your calorie intake and would lose weight… guaranteed!
