Once upon a time the LSI was only ever done via the group, but with the growth of executive coaching it moved into individual debrief. LSI+ offers the opportunity to receive personalised narrative on the thinking and behavioral styles that are promoting or hindering effectiveness and performance. The LSI+ is an optional addition to existing LSI 1 & 2 reports. By combining quantitative and qualitative feedback, the LSI+ offers individuals additional depth and insight into their profiles and areas for development.
Combined with a thorough debrief from an Accredited Practitioner, we believe LSI+ gives an in-depth development experience of the LSI.
This event is designed to introduce the features of LSI+ and support our practitioners in how to incorporate it into future LSI projects.
This event will include:
1. Understanding the benefits of personalised narratives for LSI
2. Understanding how to incorporate LSI+ into your programs
3. Seeing the LSI+ reports in action

Coaching with LSI: Neurodiversity Masterclass with Dr Amanda Mullin
Our practitioners have highlighted that Neurodiversity is emerging in LSI Debriefs. But what does it mean to be Neurodivergent? What should we be aware of? What are some tips for coaching Neuro diverse people?
Join us for our upcoming event, Coaching with LSI: Neurodiversity Masterclass where we will be joined by special guest, Dr Amanda Mullin (MAPS, FCCLP).
Dr Amanda Mullin, MAPS, FCCLP, is a Doctor of Clinical Psychology, a Clinical Psychologist, and Board Approved Supervisor with extensive training in Clinical Psychology. She is well-known for her work as a keynote speaker, workshop presenter and for her performance coaching work which sits uniquely with her clinical psychology skills. A keen and committed contributor to her local community, Amanda writes, blogs and speaks on a number of mediums on wellbeing, including with Hills District Mums, a local facebook group of over 20,000 local mums passionate about their family’s wellbeing.

She works with a number of local preschools and schools to increase the wellbeing of staff and students, and with local businesses to improve profitability and performance though enhancing staff wellbeing.
She has worked with a wide range of clients in private practice, and completed extended training at the Macquarie University Centre for Emotional Health, a world leading research clinic which specialises in understanding the causes of anxiety, and developing highly effective treatments for anxiety disorders.

The way we describe ourselves in the LSI 1 reveals the relationship we have with ourselves. This relationship can be kind and loving, indifferent and dismissive, or critical and coercing. We know well enough that the way we treat other people either brings out the best in them or makes them feel inadequate and fearful. Parents who want their children to be happy and achieving foster this by caring, listening and encouraging and by spending time with them. We would be horrified to think we might be causing feelings of abandonment or anxiety in the way we speak to children or others.

Colleagues describe their experience of the individual's behaviour.
A Consultant or Coach helps the individual develop improvement strategies for building greater personal satisfaction and effectiveness.

The LSI 1: SELF DESCRIPTION
Measures personal thinking styles and relates these to perceived effectiveness (self-efficacy) and satisfaction at work and home. This can be a stand-alone instrument.
