1st/2nd Ocean Grove Scout Group

Thank you to the Queenscliffe Maritime Museum. Who provided a fascinating guided tour to our Joeys and Cub this evening.

Have you got any scrap metal around the yard and want to get rid of it? Then, just bring it down to the Ocean Grove Scout Hall 123 The Avenue this weekend and help our Venturer friends raise some money for their next adventure.

Just a quick appreciation post to thank Sycle and Symal for the donation of their services to the 1st/2nd Ocean Grove Scout Group.

We had a considerable number of Christmas trees to recycle this year, with no environmentally sound solution to dispose of them. In stepped Sycle and Symal to not only provided the massive 30m3 bin, delivering it to our site, but also lent us Scott their driver to assist us with loading of all the trees and then take them to be turned into pine mulch.

Support from large entities like these often gets overlooked but they do great work in the community and we greatly appreciate their support.
