Wrist pain? Tight forearm muscles due to overuse such as typing or labour intensive jobs can cause tight forearm muscles causing wrist pain!
Shown client is in the army and does a lot of shooting putting his forearm under a lot of tension, the tension has built up to the point where the forearm muscles can’t function in their full range of motion anymore-this is causing my client severe wrist pain!
Releasing the tension in the muscles with dry needling has reduced his pain and increased his range of motion without pain!!!
