The first screening of the international documentary “Solar Expedition”, featuring three of our projects, will take place in Brazil on Record Group's TV program Fala Brazil and streaming app PlayPlus!

The documentary, produced by Studio Motion Films, showcases innovative renewable energy projects from around the world highlighting the benefits of clean energy and the crucial role it plays in solving contemporary energy challenges. The film shows the development of renewable energy in seven countries: Germany, Australia, Brazil, China, Dubai, USA and Japan.
Three of our projects are featured in the Australian chapter of the film.

The Christian Leaders Tertiary Training College of Papua New Guinea will soon realise their goal to power their campus with a renewable energy solar and battery solution supplied by Unlimited Energy Australia.

The College launched its Solar Energy Project to combat its high electricity costs and unreliable power supply. Power fluctuations were damaging equipment and frequent outages required continuous use of generators (with associated diesel costs). Stage one of the Project saw the installation of over 1000 solar panels.

The next stage will use energy storage to make efficient use of the energy generated from the solar panels and provide the college with a stable and reliable power supply. TESVOLT’S innovative energy storage system – the TS-I HV 80E – was selected for its ability to provide a sustainable, safe and cost-effective solution. Other benefits include superior load control, self-consumption optimisation and expandability.

The Australian mining sector is leading the way in decarbonisation, according to a recent climate action report released by the Minerals Council of Australia.

The report evaluates the first three years of the mining industry’s efforts to reach net zero by 2050. It finds direct emissions from mining-related operations covered by the Federal Government's safeguard mechanism fell by 9.3% in FY22.

This is a significant and encouraging result, as Australia’s resource sector is crucial in meeting our climate action goals. The industry accounts for around 40% of the safeguard mechanism emissions and over two-thirds of Australia’s total exports.

We believe reducing diesel use in mining is a game changer, in terms of operation costs and emissions reduction, as these emissions contribute to around eight million tonnes per annum.

We’re proud to work with several mining companies to support them in achieving their renewable energy goals. Recently we completed some strategic feasibility studies for Rio Tinto, presenting decarbonisation options that are both economically and environmentally beneficial.

Our office was buzzing with activity as filming took place for Studio Motion Films and Tesvolt Europe’s new documentary “Solar Expedition”!

The documentary features innovative renewable energy projects from around the world, all of which use Tesvolt energy storage systems to efficiently solve energy challenges. Last year filming took place in Dubai, Shanghai, Brazil and Europe. This year we’re proud that three of our milestone projects were selected as part of the film’s Australian chapter!

🚍 PTA E-Bus and Charging Station
Western Australia’s first electric public transport bus. We designed the energy storage system for the e-charging station powering the battery-electric bus, a landmark project in the WA government's initiative towards environmentally sustainable public transport practices.

☀️Gold Road Resources Renewable Energy Hub
This project was a finalist in the Smarter E-Award 2021 – Innovative Outstanding Projects category. We designed and delivered an innovative renewable energy microgrid hub for a remote mine site accommodation camp.

Electrifying our Transportation

This was the topic addressed by our CEO, George Zsolt Zombori, as a guest speaker at the recent Curtin University/Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade training program.

The program is designed to facilitate cooperation between Australia and Vietnam in the areas of climate change and energy transition. George shared his expertise in integrating EVs into the grid and his technical contribution to deploying Perth’s first Electric Bus charging station for Western Australia's Public Transport Authority (PTA).

Key officials from various Vietnamese government agencies and authorities attended the talk, including the National Load Dispatch Centre (AEMO equivalent) and the Electricity Regulatory Authority of Vietnam.

The forum was an excellent opportunity to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange, paving the way for continuing cooperation between the two nations when it comes to renewable energy technology.

Working with local installer Innovative Energy Systems, we designed and delivered their renewable energy system – entirely off-grid the system consists of a Tesvolt lithium battery storage system and a PV array providing reliable green energy day and night.

As Rocky Ridge expands its operations, our renewable energy system grows with them. This is the benefit of the Tesvolt battery system being scalable, modular and highly flexible to users’ energy needs making it future-proof. Since the initial installation, we have expanded the brewery’s renewable energy system several times, seamlessly growing it to meet its increasing energy needs and goals.

Our CEO, George Zsolt Zombori, recently hosted delegates from the German energy sector at our e-charging station project for the Perth Public Transport Authority (PTA). The e-charging station powers Western Australia’s first electric public transport bus, a milestone project in the WA government's initiative towards environmentally sustainable public transport practices.

Delegates explored inside the e-charging hub, which is powered by a solar PV array and Tesvolt energy storage technology to recharge the e-bus each night using 100% green energy. The group also had the opportunity to ride on the flagship e-bus to experience the green technology firsthand.
